We believe in simplicity, efficiency, and options.
If you just want to learn a new topic, we offer that. If you understand the basics but need a vetted process to follow to produce an outcome, we offer that. And, if you need a customized approach, we offer that too. The choice is yours.
This is Mickie again. After over 30 years in the industry, I've decided to focus on what I most love: educating.
We're pivoting a large portion of the business on building your knowledge and skills. That is, our goal will be to transition from mostly traditional "done for you"(DFY) consultation to "done with you" (DWY) facilitation and ultimately "do it yourself" (DIY) products.
No worries, though, because my team of experienced consultants and I are still here (and expanded) to meet your needs! If you want full-service consulting, we'll still offer that....and much more!

Guided DIY
Our CredKits, also coming soon, will provide foundational knowledge and guide you through a process to the outcomes you need. That means they include instructional videos and downloadable backgrounders, tools, and templates. This is a great option for organizations with tight budgets and dedicated staff and/or volunteers who are willing and capable of doing the work.
