Hi. I’m Mickie Rops, President and Principal Consultant. I know how it feels to be overwhelmed. I managed the simultaneous startup and operation of three certifications, working with six vendors, in my first year as a certification manager. I definitely did not know what I didn’t know.
Fast forward over 25 years, now as a consultant, I’ve helped hundreds of credentialing organizations design, get accredited, and improve their certification and certificate programs.
